Fish, egg dishes and vegetables can be fried so easily and always turn out perfectly. The non-stick coating consists of three layers and is particularly robust and durable. Due to the strong aluminum core of the SIGMA Clad base, the stainless steel pan quickly gets hot. The heat is distributed very evenly all the way to the edge. The pan can be used on any type of stove, including indution and is dishwasher safe.
