The professional pans conduct the heat optimally and distribute it evenly to the edge. This is ensured by the 5-layer multi-layer material, consisting of stainless steel with a triple aluminum core. The sealed pan rim protects the aluminum core and guarantees a long service life of the pan. In addition, the pouring rim enables clean pouring. You can transport the pan safely from the stove using the ergonomically shaped cold metal handle. Speaking of which: The VULCANO CLASSIC is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.
