Cold Brew Filter – For Refreshing Coffee & Tea Without Bitterness

Cold brew is the gentle way to prepare drinks: Slow extraction in cold water brings out flavors that are smooth and mild—without acidity or bitterness. Whether it's full-bodied cold brew coffee or subtly sweet cold brew tea, it's all about pure, refreshing taste.
Our cold brew filter makes it easy: Just add ground coffee or loose tea, fill with cold water, let it steep—and enjoy your homemade summer drink. Perfect for home, the office, or on the go.

Use and Care for Cold Brew Coffee Filters:

• For preparation, use medium-fine to coarsely ground coffee and fill the gold filter up to the threaded rim. Screw the gold filter onto the small portafilter.
• Fill the vacuum flask with cold or hot water, depending on the type of beverage.
• Slowly insert the gold filter with portafilter into the vacuum flask until it clicks into place.
• Close the vacuum flask securely with the screw cap.
• Shake the vacuum flask well for about 10 seconds and refrigerate or set aside for the desired period of time (approximately 12, 24, or 48 hours).
• To use, first remove the gold filter, then pour out the beverage.
• To clean, rinse the filter under warm water or occasionally clean it with a little dish soap and a soft sponge.
• You can also clean the gold filter in the top drawer of the dishwasher.

Cold Brew Tea:

• For tea drinks or cold brew tea, fill the gold filter with the desired amount of tea leaves and seal with a small portafilter.
• Insert the gold filter into the vacuum flask as you would for cold brew coffee and let it steep for the desired time.
