ZWILLING has developed the MIYABI knife sharpener as a convenient alternative to MIYABI grindstones. It is easy to operate, as the cutting angle is pre-set.

● First draw the blade through the diamond-coated roller – performing a basic grind to care for the material.
● Then pull the blade several times through the ceramic roller for fine grinding. Sharpen the blade, as needed, when the knife's sharpness noticeably diminishes.

The knife sharpener always stands safely on the base surface, thanks to its six silicone grippers. The ergonomic, easy-care plastic handle is ideal for right-handed and left-handed users. The hand guard ensures that the sharpeners can be used safely. Perfect for all MIYABI knives and other high-grade knives (with the exception of serrated knives!).
