Carrier and Delivery Time

Your consignment will be shipped by carrier DHL with tracking id (Click here for DHL-tracking). We may ship smaller items with deutsche Post WARENPOST (Click here for WARENPOST-tracking). After the parcel left our warehouse we send you the parcel id number by e-mail. Unless otherwise stated shipping within europe will take 5-10 business days (Worldwide: 10-30 business days). Please also refer to the delivery time, that is indicated for each product (e.g. "immediate dispatch" or "up to 7 business days").

Your shipment has been traveling unusually long and has not been delivered yet? Your shipment has not reached you, even though tracking status says it has been delivered successfully? Don't worry, we can help. Please note that for investigation orders to remain in a consignment, a "waiting time" applies depending on the selected type of consignment and the destination country of your consignment. Please contact us in case:

• Shipments within the European Union: 1 week from the date delivery was posted
• Shipments to a country outside the European Union: 2 weeks from the date delivery was posted

Shipping Cost and Taxes

You may estimate your shipping cost by selecting your country in your shopping cart, section "ESTIMATE SHIPPING AND TAX". Depending on the items in your Cart and your selected coutry you may now see the total price of your order before any cost occur.

The shipping charges vary by country and are calculated according to shipping weight, which is indicated in each respective product description. The cost of each package is based on the base price and the kilo price. Please find the base price and kilo price of your country in the table below.

The base price is the cost for one package. For each kilogram we add one time the kilo price. Each package can weight at most 31kg. If the weight of your order exceeds 31kg we need to pack another package and charge the base price again. All prices below include tax. If your country is not an EU member, your invoice will be issued without value-added tax. In that case you are responsible yourself to pay import taxes which may apply and/or check any other regulators which may be relevant for you when importing goods from Germany. Also In case shipping is within the European Union and you provide your valid VAT Number, than your invoice will be issued without value-added tax as well
